These terms govern your use of the English Flower Press Co. website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The English Flower Press Co. is a business based in Nottinghamshire, England. References to "we", "us", and "our" refer to The English Flower Press Co.

Ordering

By placing an order through our website you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • The information you have provided, including delivery details and personalisation details, is accurate and complete
  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or where we are unable to fulfil the order.

Personalisation

When you submit personalisation details — including names, dates, and messages for laser engraving — you are responsible for ensuring those details are correct. We engrave exactly what is provided at checkout.

We are not liable for errors in engraving that result from incorrect information submitted by the customer. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for further detail.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely — we do not store your card details.

Production and delivery

All orders are made to order in our Nottinghamshire workshop. Please allow up to five working days for your order to be produced and dispatched. Delivery timescales are in addition to production time.

We offer free standard UK delivery. Delivery timescales are estimated and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, though we will always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery carrier once the order has been dispatched.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of The English Flower Press Co. and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The English Flower Press Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
