Handmade to order
Every English Flower Press is made by hand in our Nottinghamshire workshop. Because each press is crafted and finished individually — and engraved to order where personalisation has been requested — please allow up to five working days for your order to be made before it is dispatched.
We do not hold pre-made stock. This is intentional — it is what allows us to make each press to the standard we are proud of, and to engrave it specifically for you.
UK delivery
We offer free standard tracked delivery on all UK orders over £50.

Delivery timescales are estimates provided by our carrier and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Please allow up to five working days production time before dispatch.
Order timeline
To give you a clear picture of what to expect:
- Day 1–5 — your press is made, finished, and engraved in our workshop
- Day 5 — your order is dispatched and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number
- Day 6–9 — estimated delivery to your door
During busy periods such as peak wedding season (May to September) or around key gifting dates, production times may extend slightly. We will always communicate any delays as soon as possible.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel through to delivery.
If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within six working days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@englishflowerpress.co.uk and we will look into it straight away.
Ordering in advance of a wedding
We strongly recommend ordering at least two weeks before the wedding date to allow plenty of time for production and delivery, and to give you peace of mind that the gift will arrive in good time.
If you have a specific date you need the press by, please get in touch before ordering at hello@englishflowerpress.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Damaged in transit
We package every press carefully to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@englishflowerpress.co.uk with your order number and a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

International shipping
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. If you are based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@englishflowerpress.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
