Our commitment to you
Every English Flower Press is made by hand in our Nottinghamshire workshop. We take great pride in the quality of each press that leaves us, and we want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn't right, please get in touch and we will do our best to make it right.
Personalised orders
Because each press is made specifically for you — cut, finished, and laser engraved to order — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised items simply because of a change of mind.
Please take care when entering your engraving details at checkout. We engrave exactly what is provided, so we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for errors in the information you have submitted.
If you are unsure about your order, please contact us before placing it and we will be happy to help.
Non-personalised orders
If you have ordered a press without engraving and wish to return it, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
To arrange a return please contact us at hello@englishflowerpress.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Damaged or faulty items
We package every order carefully, but occasionally items can be damaged in transit. If your press arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@englishflowerpress.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photograph clearly showing the damage or fault
We will assess each case individually and where damage or fault is confirmed, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including any postage.
Incorrect engraving
If the engraving on your press does not match the details you submitted at checkout, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photograph. We will remake and resend your press free of charge.
If the engraving matches what was submitted but contains an error made by the customer at the point of ordering, we regret that we are unable to offer a free replacement, but please get in touch and we will do what we can to help.
Cancellations
As all orders go into production quickly, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@englishflowerpress.co.uk if you need to cancel.
After 24 hours, production will have begun and we are unable to cancel or amend the order.
